Montagu Private Equity-owned Wireless Logic (£73.2 million of revenue in 2024, South East / ENG), a provider of IoT connectivity solutions for businesses across various industries, offering solutions such as local multi-network SIMs, low-power SIMs and enterprise connectivity services, as well as IoT connectivity management platforms, such as SIMPro, which enables secure and efficient management of connected assets via a single interface, acquires Arqia (South East / BRA), a Brazilian company specializing in connectivity for the Internet of Things (IoT), Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communications and services for Mobile Virtual Operators (MVNOs). This acquisition, which follows the recent acquisitions of Webbing, Blue Wireless and IoThink Solutions, strengthens Wireless Logic’s leading position, diversifies its distribution channels, enriches its service portfolio and expands its presence in the Latin American market.

Atlas Holdings announces the launch of RESRG Automotive (Michigan / USA), a group specializing in the manufacture of exterior and interior automotive components. RESRG Automotive is the result of the combination of two companies recently acquired by Atlas Holdings, namely SRG Global (Michigan / USA), an automotive components manufacturer specializing in integrated functional decorative systems for the automotive industry, and REHAU Automotive (Virginia / USA), a global supplier of innovative polymer solutions for the automotive industry, specializing in exterior components and engineered systems. The new group will be majority-owned by Atlas Holdings, with REHAU Group, the former parent company of REHAU Automotive, holding a minority stake.

Acquisition: Real Estate Crowdfunding Platform La Première Brique Structures a Minority LBO
As part of a primary LBO, iXO Private Equity and Elige Capital have acquired a minority stake in La Première Brique (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes / FRA), a participatory financing platform specialized in real estate investments, enabling private individuals to invest in real estate projects with small initial contributions. This operation aims to expand the company’s offerings and optimize the user experience, notably by making the platform more attractive and improving investor training. La Première Brique plans to expand internationally, by supporting a variety of projects, from energy renovation to real estate repositioning operations. In 2024, the platform supported the financing of 204 projects, for a total amount approaching €100 million, tripling its results recorded three years earlier.

Acquisition: Karnell Acquires Plastic Medical Device Manufacturer Warwick SASCo
Karnell announces the acquisition of a 90.1% stake in Warwick SASCo (£3.5 million of revenue in 2024, West Midlands / ENG), a family-owned company that designs and manufactures plastic medical devices, such as hollow, durable, reusable medical articles for repeated sterilization and lightweight, single-use, sterilizable medical devices. This acquisition is part of Karnell’s strategy to acquire niche family businesses. The family shareholders, represented by Darby Booth and Alexandra Green, will retain a 9.9% stake and view this transaction as a growth opportunity for the company’s employees, customers, and products.
