Micross Acquires Electronic Component Manufacturer Technograph Microcircuits
Majority owned by Behrman Capital, Micross ($18,68 million of revenue in 2021, Florida / USA), a manufacturer of microelectronic components for the aerospace and defence, space, medical, industrial and commercial markets, acquires TechnoGraph Microcircuits (£6,5 million of revenue in 2022, South East / ENG), a manufacturer and supplier of microelectronic solutions for demanding applications in the space, aerospace, defense, medical, automotive, telecommunications and energy industries. The acquisition of TechnoGraph expands Micross’ product and service portfolio.

Provider of Energy Transition Products and Services Amara NZero Reorganizes its Shareholding
Amara NZero (€159 million of revenue in 2020, Community of Madrid / ESP), a provider of products and services for projects related to the energy transition, reorganizes its shareholding and welcomes Cinven as new majority shareholder. ProA Capital, former majority shareholder, Pablo Arnus, chairperson of the company, and Gonzalo Errejón, CEO of the company, will retain minority stakes in the company.

AURELIUS Sells Electronic Components Distributor Distrelec to RS Group
AURELIUS sells its stake in Distrelec (c. €200 million of revenue in 2020, Zurich / CHE), a distributor of components, consumables and accessories for the electronics and electrical sectors, to RS Group (£2.5 billion of revenue in 2022, London / ENG), a supplier and distributor of electronic components, equipment and tools for the medical, industrial and IT sectors. As a reminder, AURELIUS acquired Distrelec in 2020.

ISAI and Bouygues Announce the Creation of ISAI Build Venture
ISAI and Bouygues (€44.3 billion of revenue in 2022, Île-de-France / FRA), a French industrial group whose activities are structured around construction, telecoms and media, announce the launch of ISAI Build Venture. This fund will invest in start-ups that develop software and hardware solutions that promote the digital transformation and ecological transition of Bouygues’ activities.
