Owned by Gilde Healthcare Partners, Surgical Precision Instruments (SPI) (Bade-Wurtemberg / DEU), an industrial group of medical devices that develops and manufactures precision surgical instruments, including reusable and single-use instruments, acquires BENTEC Endoscopy (Bade-Wurtemberg / DEU), a company that manufactures biopsy forceps, foreign body forceps, grasping forceps, and scissors for various endoscopic procedures such as gastroscopy, colonoscopy, bronchoscopy, urology, hysteroscopy, and nephroscopy. Acquisition: ARX Equity Partners acquires the physiotherapy clinic Medicofit

ARX Equity Partners announces the acquisition of a majority stake in Medicofit (€3.42 million of revenue in 2025, Upper Carniola / SVN), a physiotherapy clinic that offers diagnostic, rehabilitation, and treatment services for musculoskeletal disorders, notably through personalized physiotherapy and physical rehabilitation programs. The founders and historical shareholders, Jaka Plantan, Marko Stojanović, and Nikita Belopavlovič, retain stakes alongside ARX, while Nejc Šimenko fully divests his stake and leaves his executive roles.
