Exit: Assisi Pet Care acquires the natural dog food producer Forthglade

Owned by Wind Point Partners, Assisi Pet Care (£76 million of revenue in 2024, East Midlands / ENG), a family business offering a full range of pet care services, acquires Forthglade (£39.5 million of revenue in 2025, South West / ENG), a manufacturer of premium natural dog food, offering wet meals, dry meals, and treats made from quality ingredients, with a focus on nutrition, hypoallergenic recipes, and the absence of artificial additives. IK Partners, the former owner of Forthglade, has fully withdrawn from the company’s capital, after acquiring a majority stake in 2020 through an LBO financed by a unitranche loan from Tikehau Capital (IK Partners, press release)

Acquisition: iXO Private Equity invests in the ergonomic solutions provider Azergo

Accompanied by Société Générale Capital Partenaires (SGCP) and BNP Paribas Développement, iXO Private Equity invests €30 million in Azergo (€56 million of revenue in 2025, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes / FRA), a company specializing in workplace ergonomics, which supports businesses and local authorities in the design of workstations and the provision of ergonomic solutions aimed at preventing musculoskeletal disorders, improving employee well-being, and promoting their retention in employment. As part of this transaction, Initiative & Finance (I&F), an investor since 2021, signs its exit, while the company’s managers retain the majority of the shareholdingl. This transaction will allow Azergo to accelerate its strategy of organic and external growth, continue the consolidation of the ergonomics market, and strengthen its managerial shareholding with the support of iXO Private Equity and its financial partners (iXO Private Equity, press release)

Acquisition: Metrika SGR acquires the waste collection services provider Proteg

Through its Metrika Fund II, Metrika SGR acquires a majority stake in Proteg (Campania / ITA), an environmental services provider specializing in the collection, transport, treatment, recovery, and recycling of industrial, hazardous, and non-hazardous waste. Diana Capital acquires a 46% stake in Aurora Intelligent Nutrition (€4.3 million of revenue in 2025, Andalusia / ESP), a manufacturer specializing in the development and production of private label functional nutrition products, sports nutrition, dietary supplements, and health foods, offering tailor-made solutions ranging from formulation to packaging.
