Majority owned by Creafund, PLANET Group ( €80 million of revenue in 2022, Flemish Region / BEL), a company which offers flexible and temporary staffing services for the healthcare, IT and HR sectors, through its subsidiary X-Care in Motion (Flemish Region / BEL), an expert in HR for the healthcare sector, acquires Nurse & Co (€6.5 million of revenue in 2022, Walloon Region / BEL), a temporary staffing agency for the healthcare sector that provides healthcare institutions with home care nurses, psychiatric nurses, nursing assistants, emergency nurses, dialysis nurses, etc. This acquisition will allow PLANET Group to strengthen its territorial coverage.

Apax Partners LLP Invests in SaaS Solution Provider IBS Software
Apax Partners invests $450 million and acquires a minority stake in IBS Software (INR12 billion of revenue in 2022, Kerala / IND), a provider of SaaS solutions for clients in the aviation, tourism and cruise, hospitality and energy resources sectors. This transaction occurs following the sale of Blackstone’s stake in the company. Apax Partners will support IBS Software in its growth strategy and strengthen its position in the digital sector.
