Ariceum Therapeutics Acquires PARP Inhibitor Developer Theragnostics

A portfolio company of EQT Ventures, Andera Partners and Earlybird Venture Capital, Ariceum Therapeutics (Berlin / DEU), a radiopharmaceutical company focused on the precision diagnosis and treatment of neuroendocrine and other aggressive cancers, acquires Theragnostics (London / ENG), a developer of PARP (Poly-ADP Ribose Polymerase) inhibitors for the diagnosis and treatment of complex tumors. The acquisition of Theragnostics will provide Ariceum with a strong portfolio of therapeutic and diagnostic assets.

Add-on: Truesec Acquires Cybersecurity Specialist Venzo Cyber Security

Majority-owned by IK Partners and minority-backed by SEB Private Equity, Truesec (c. SEK300 million of revenue in 2021, Uppland / SWE), an IT services company specializing in cybersecurity, software development and IT infrastructures, acquires Venzo Cyber Security (Capital Region of Denmark / DNK), a provider of consulting and technical services in the fields of cybersecurity. With this acquisition, Truesec will significantly improve its cyber defense capabilities and further strengthen its position in the Nordic IT security services market.

Data Management SaaS Software Editor Signalit Raises €11.6 Million

Signalit (Community of Madrid / ESP), a developer of SaaS software allowing companies to have full control over their data by orchestrating and analyzing data in real time, valuing data and optimizing costs and reducing the loss of time thanks to the use of the best analysis and data storage tools, raises €11.6 million during a financing round co-led by Insight Partners and Kibo Ventures. These funds will allow Signalit to finalize the construction of its flagship product and begin its expansion in Europe and the United States during the last quarter of this year.
