Groupe RG Acquires Protective Equipment Distributor Vandeputte
Groupe RG (c. €320 million of revenue in 2022, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes / FRA), a company specializing in the distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE), acquires Vandeputte (Flemish Region / BEL), a distributor of protective equipment for firefighters, police officers, industrialists, hospital staff and laboratory personnel. The acquisition was supported by a capital injection from Groupe RG’s existing investors, Ardian and Latour Capital, as well as by an extension of bank debt provided by LCL and CIC Private Debt.

IK Partners Sells Food Supplier Løgismose
IK Partners announces the sale of its majority stake held by its fund IK VII in Løgismose (Capital Region of Denmark / DNK), a group which offers a wide range of food products. As a reminder, IK took a majority stake in the merged company Løgismose Meyers in 2015 and sold Meyers in December 2022. IK Partners leaves the group definitively as part of this transaction.
