GGW Acquires the Insurance Company Balticfinance
As a portfolio of Hg, GGW (€242 million of revenue in 2021, Hamburg / DEU), a provider of risk management and insurance brokerage services for companies, acquires balticfinance (Schleswig-Holstein / DEU), an insurance company that develops innovative insurance and risk management solutions for customers worldwide. The acquisition of Balticfinance represents for GGW an important step in the pursuit of its international growth ambitions.

Groupe IDI Acquires Control of Prévost Laboratory Concept from Abénex and Arkéa Capital
As part of a second LBO, Groupe IDI announces the signing of an agreement relating to the acquisition of a stake of around 90% in Prévost Laboratory Concept (€11 million of revenue in 2021, Bretagne / FRA), a company specializing in the manufacture of cosmetics, food supplements and animal care products. The acquisition was made from Abénex, the majority shareholder, and Arkéa Capital, who have supported the company since 2020. Alongside the management team, IDI intends to make Prévost a platform for consolidating its market.

Stirling Square Acquires Tax Management Software Editor GTT from AnaCap
Stirling Square Capital Partners announces the acquisition of a majority stake in Gestión Tributaria Territorial (GTT) (Valencian Community / ESP), a company specializing in tax management and collection software for local and regional public administrations. This acquisition was made from AnaCap Capital Partners, which will reinvest as a minority investor. Stirling Square, working closely with the management team, plans to invest to help GTT further diversify its suite of products and make strategic acquisitions across Europe.

Fundraising: Diana Capital Raised €150 Million During the First Closing of its Third Fund, Diana Capital III
Diana Capital raised €150 million in the first closing of its third fund, Diana Capital III. This fund has been subscribed by the investors of the two previous funds and will adopt the same strategy as the latter by investing in Spanish mid-market companies with international growth potential. Diana Capital plans to complete the final closing of Diana Capital III by the end of the year, aiming for a target size of €200 million.
