Weetec Acquires the Company Specializing in HVAC Engineering SNEA

Majority-owned by Sparring Capital and backed by Socadif and Omnes Capital, Weetec (c. €75 million of revenue in 2022, Île-de-France / FRA), a group specializing in low-current and high-current electrical installation and renovation as well as in HVAC engineering, acquires the SNEA group (Île-de-France / FRA), a company specializing in the design, installation and maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems. This acquisition will strengthen Weetec’s HVAC division and its presence in the Île-de-France region. In the meantime, Weetec is refinancing its debt through a €20 million financing line, arranged with the Caisse d’Epargne Île de France, in order to strengthen its capacity to carry out new external growth operations.

Quid Informatica Teams up with the Fintech Company PayDo to Acquire PlickUp

Majority-owned by Equinox Investments, Quid Informatica (c. €80 M turnover in 2023, Tuscany / ITA), an ICT solutions provider that offers IT consulting services as well as tailor-made software for the finance and industry sectors, enters into partnership with PayDo (Lombardy / ITA), a B2B fintech platform that provides integrated solutions and payment services to help European banks, payment institutions, electronic money institutions and end customers improve their payment experiences. This partnership aims to acquire PlickUp (Lombardy / ITA), a digital payment support tool, which after the closing of the transaction will be integrated within Qinetic, a multi-service cloud-based credit process management platform developed by Quid Informatica, which communicates with external applications via APIs.

Online Fashion Platform MUSINSA Raises $190 Million

MUSINSA (Gyeonggi / KOR), an online fashion platform that provides the expertise, consulting and infrastructure needed to help brands build a stable business and improve their customer experience through differentiated fashion services, raises $190 million in a Series C funding round led by KKR with participation from Wellington Management. This transaction is part of KKR’s Asia Next Generation Technology (NGT) strategy, which aims to support the growth of innovative companies in Asia-Pacific operating in the fields of software, consumer technologies and FinTech.

Digit’Ed Acquires 24ORE Business School from Palamon Capital Partners

Majority-owned by Nextalia SGR, Digit’Ed (Lombardy / ITA), a company that offers training products and services to the general public, SMEs and large companies, combining the advantages of digital with live and networked experiences, announces the signing of an agreement for the acquisition of 24ORE Business School (€34 million of revenue in 2021, Lombardy / ITA), an online vocational training school that offers a wide range of courses for young graduates, professionals and contractors. The acquisition was made from Palamon Capital Partners, which initially invested in 24ORE Business School in 2017, before becoming its majority shareholder in 2019. With this acquisition, Digit’Ed completes its offer and strengthens its leading position in the field of training for businesses in Italy.
