Integrity360 Acquires Cybersecurity Services Provider Advantio
Backed by its majority shareholder August Equity, Integrity360 (c. €70 million of revenue in 2021, Leinster / IRL), a company that provides cybersecurity services and solutions to mid-cap companies, acquires Advantio (Leinster / IRL), a cybersecurity and payment compliance services and consulting company for the payment card industry (PCI). This acquisition will enable Integrity360 to enhance its service offering and accelerate its European expansion, thanks to Advantio’s existing European subsidiaries.

Quadrivio Acquires Control of The Private Clinic of Harley Street (TPC) from Bluegem Secondary
Quadrivio, through the Silver Economy fund, acquires 100% of The Private Clinic of Harley Street (TPC) (ᆪ17.2 million of revenue in 2021, London / ENG), a network of clinics offering a variety of treatments in the field of aesthetics, such as hair transplants, laser treatments for varicose veins, cosmetic surgery, mesotherapy, anti-wrinkle injections, etc. The acquisition was made from Bluegem Secondary, a fund managed by Bluegem Capital Partners. Quadrivio will support TPC in strengthening its position in the UK and internationally, through acquisitions and through further diversification in the field of dermatology. As a reminder, Bluegem acquired TPC in 2008.

Juuri Partners Sells Logistics Company Kylmästi Paras
Having been the majority shareholder since 2018, Juuri Partners announces the sale of Kylmästi Paras (c. €25 million of revenue in 2022, Uusimaa / FIN), a logistics company specializing in refrigerated trucking services. The company has joined Collico (Uusimaa / FIN), a provider of logistics services focused on national and international online food retail companies.

SK Capital Closes SKCP Catalyst Fund II at $800 Million
SK Capital announces the closing of SKCP Catalyst Fund II at $800 million, exceeding its hard cap of $750 million. The fund will make buyout investments of up to $100 million, targeting lower middle-market companies.
