Add-on: Prime Label Group Acquires the Self-adhesive Label Manufacturer Arti-Bau

Majority-owned by Innova Capital, Prime Label Group (c. €100 million of revenue in 2024, Mazovia / POL), a manufacturer and supplier of labels and packaging for the beverage and food industry, acquires Arti-Bau (Lower Silesia / POL), a manufacturer of self-adhesive labels using digital and flexographic printing technologies, offering single-layer, multi-layer, peelable, customized, colored or transparent labels, as well as multi-layer laminated pouches. This acquisition aims to strengthen Prime Label Group’s position in label production and expand its presence in the DACH region and Scandinavia.

Acquisition: Cybersecurity Company Approov Raises £5 Million from a Consortium of investors

Approov (Edinburgh & Lothians / SCT), a cybersecurity company specializing in mobile application security, offering real-time protection solutions, application attestation, and secure API authentication to protect mobile applications and their interfaces, strengthens its financial resources by raising £5 million in a funding round led by Maven Capital Partners, with participation from Souter Investments as well as existing investors Lanza TechVentures and Scottish Enterprise. This fundraising will allow Approov to enhance its R&D in response to AI-related threats, accelerate its international commercial expansion, and consolidate its position as a leader in mobile application and API security.

Acquisition: The Carbon Accounting Software Provider Tanso Raises €12 Million

Tanso Technologies (Bavaria / DEU), a company offering cloud software solutions for carbon accounting, product carbon footprint calculation, and ESG data management, to help industries comply with European regulations such as the CSRD, CBAM, and the European taxonomy, is strengthening its financial resources by raising €12 million in a Series A funding round co-led by HenQ Committed Capital and Fortino Capital, with participation from Capnamic and Unternehmertum Venture Capital Partners (UVC Partners). This funding round will allow Tanso to accelerate product development, expand internationally, double its team size, and strengthen its position as a leader in environmental management and AI-driven automated compliance.

Acquisition : Advent and Nextalia Invest in the Digital Transformation Solutions Provider Tinexta

Advent International and Nextalia acquire a majority stake in Tinexta (€455 million of revenue in 2024, Latium / ITA), a company that provides digital transformation solutions and consulting services to businesses, professionals, and institutions. The current majority shareholder, Tecno Holding, will retain a significant minority stake. With the support of its investors, Tinexta intends to begin a new chapter of its development by enhancing its innovation capabilities, expanding internationally while seeking to seize attractive opportunities in the Italian market.
