Backed by Groupe IDI, CDS Groupe (Île-de-France / FRA), a hotel reservation platform dedicated to customers of major accounts and travel agencies specializing in business travel, acquires Corporate Rates Club (CRC) (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern -Occidentale / DEU), a hotel reservation portal for business travel that offers its customers and partners optimized hotel services, ranging from booking to payment, by passing through the issuance and control of invoices in its finest details. This acquisition further strengthens CDS Groupe’s leadership position in the European business travel market.

Waterland Invests in Electronic Manufacturing Services Provider Montronic

Waterland Private Equity announces that it has invested in Montronic (Catalonia / ESP), an electronic manufacturing services (EMS) provider offering design, manufacturing and maintenance services of complex electronic products for customers in the healthcare, telecommunications, mobility, renewable energy, lighting and industrial sectors. Alongside shareholder and CEO David Ortega, Waterland intends to leverage its experience in the EMS sector and buy-and-build strategy to help Montronic become the leading electronics manufacturing group in Spain.

Incline Equity Sells Foundation Administration Services Provider Foundation Source to GTCR

Incline Equity Partners has announced the sale of its stake in Foundation Source (Connecticut / USA), a provider of administration, compliance, tax and advisory services and technology solutions for charitable organizations and family, corporate and independent foundations. The company was acquired by GTCR, which had teamed up with wealth management expert, Joseph Mrak III, to support Foundation Source in expanding its offering and products. As a reminder, Incline Equity Partners acquired Foundation Source in 2020.

Montefiore Investment Raises €1.4 Billion at the Interim closing of its Two New Funds

Montefiore Investment announces the interim closing of Montefiore Investment VI at €1 billion and Montefiore Investment Expansion at €450 million. Montefiore Investment VI aims to reach a hard cap of €1.4 billion in the upcoming months, while Montefiore Investment Expansion has already surpassed its €400 million target. These funds were subscribed by historical investors, but also by new French and international investors. True to its historical strategy, Montefiore Investment will deploy these funds in investments intended to support the growth and development projects of mid-sized companies and SMEs evolving in the mid-market and operating mainly in the services sector. To achieve this, these funds will provide equity tickets ranging from €20 to €200 million.
