Owned by Down2Earth Capital, DP Survey Group (€22 million of revenue in 2022, Flemish Region / BEL), a provider of claims and risk management services for the marine and non-marine insurance sectors, acquires Lone Star Maritime (Texas / USA), a marine engineering and survey company offering various survey services for marine projects, but which also provides marine consultancy, marine project management, mechanical analysis and engineering design services.. This acquisition will enable DPS to expand its presence on the American continent, with the addition of 11 new offices in the United States and Mexico.

Falfurrias Invests in Digital Media Services Provider Brainlabs

Falfurrias Capital Partners announces its investment in Brainlabs (£17.7 million of revenue in 2022, London / ENG), a provider of digital media services based on data and technology. Falfurrias Capital Partners will join Brainlabs’ board of directors and will support its management team in implementing the company’s next stages of growth. The entry of Falfurrias gives Livingbridge the opportunity to exit the company’s capital, after having supported it since 2019.

Wise Equity Sells Industrial Printer Manufacturer Aleph

Gruppo Durst (c. €330 million of revenue in 2022, Trentino-Alto Adige / ITA), a company specializing in advanced printing and digital production technologies, has signed an agreement to acquire Aleph (€10.6 million of revenue in 2021, Lombardy / ITA), a company that designs and manufactures large-format industrial digital printers for the textile and graphics industries. Aleph was acquired from its management team and majority shareholder, Wise Equity. As a reminder, Wise Equity entered the capital of Aleph in 2017 and actively supported the company in its international expansion, allowing it today to achieve more than 60% of its revenue abroad, in more than 20 countries.
