Owned by Polaris, NORTH (DKK200 million of revenue in 2021, Region of Southern Denmark / DNK), a consultancy firm offering services in the areas of insurance, pensions, financial markets and mortgage financing, acquires Ensure International Insurance Broker (Capital Region of Denmark / DNK), a consultancy firm that offers impartial, expert and objective advice to businesses, enabling them to select the insurance providers and pensions best suited to their needs. This acquisition further strengthens NORTH’s position in Western Denmark.

Arlington Capital Partners Acquires Collaboration Platform Developer Exostar

Arlington Capital Partners acquires Exostar (Virginia / USA), a company that develops and provides a secure collaboration platform, enabling companies operating in highly regulated industries to collaborate and share information securely with their partners, customers and suppliers. The acquisition was made from the majority shareholder since 2020, Thoma Bravo. Exostar intends to leverage Arlington’s expertise in regulated sectors to further strengthen its platform and exceed its growth objectives.

Editor of Corporate Identity Verification Software, Ondorse, Raises €3.8 Million

Ondorse (Île-de-France / FRA), a software company that provides an automatic corporate identity verification platform for fintechs and online marketplaces, raises €3.8 million in a seed financing round led by existing investors ISAI and Eurazeo, with the participation of a group of business angels. With this financing, Ondorse aims to increase its sales in Europe.

ECI Partners Announces the Closing of ECI 12 at its Hard Cap of €1 Billion

ECI Partners announces the closing of its twelfth fund, ECI 12, at its hard cap of €1 billion, exceeding its initial target of £900 million and surpassing by 40% its predecessor, which closed at £700 million. The fund was majority subscribed by existing investors as well as new investors, including North American pension plans, European foundations and investors based in Asia. ECI 12 will follow the same investment strategy as its predecessors by investing in resilient companies operating in high-growth markets.
