Backed by Pride Capital Partners, Link11 (Hesse / DEU), a cybersecurity company specializing in the development and distribution of software and platforms for protection against various types of cyber attack, including DDoS (Denial of Service) attacks, acquires Reblaze Technologies (California / USA), a provider of cloud-native web application and API protection (WAAP) solutions in a fully managed security platform. By acquiring Reblaze, Link11 strengthens its position as an international cloud security platform and increases its position in the network security and website protection market.

Amadeus IT Group (€4.4 billion of revenue in 2022, Community of Madrid / ESP), a company which owns and operates a worldwide computerized system for managing reservations between the various players in the travel industry (travel agencies, air and rail lines, hotels, rental agencies, etc.), has acquired the totality of Vision-Box (Lisbon / PRT), a company specialized in the design, manufacture and marketing of automatic gates, which also supplies other automated systems for passenger identity checks at airports or at borders. As a reminder, Vision-Box counted Keensight Capital and Eurazeo among its investors.
