Sagard Invests in Supply Chain Management Software Developer Kbrw
As part of an MBO, Sagard announces the acquisition of a minority stake by the Sagard NewGen fund in Kbrw (Île-de-France / FRA), a company specializing in the development of SaaS software for order management and warehouse management, aimed at optimizing the customer experience, logistics flows and supply chain of companies. Sagard will leverage its international network to help the company accelerate its development in France and internationally.

EQT Sells Cash Management Company CMS
EQT Partners announces that EQT Private Capital Asia has sold its remaining 26.7% stake in CMS Info Systems (INR19.1 billion of revenue in 2023, Maharashtra / IND), a cash management company that provides customized managed services. As a reminder, EQT Partners acquired 100% of CMS Info Systems’ capital in 2015, through Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA Private Equity Fund VI). EQT then carried out three partial exits, including one in 2021, and two in June and August 2023.
