UI Investissement and the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region announce the launch of Cap Création 6, a new inter-regional venture capital fund that will support start-ups in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, but may also be extended to the Centre Val-de-Loire and Grand-Est regions. Cap Création 6 is a continuation of the Création 5 fund, which has now expired. Currently under subscription, the fund is aiming for a target size of €40 million, and is counting on the support of public and private funds.

Tango Acquires Workplace Analysis Solutions Developer Locatee
Backed by Berkshire Partners, Tango (Texas / USA), software provider for real estate and facilities management, acquires Locatee (Zurich / CHE), a developer of workplace analytics solutions enabling companies to better design their buildings for improved office experience and performance. Tango will operate Locatee’s offices in Switzerland as its European headquarters, enabling it to serve international customers from now on. Locatee has been part of Smartfin Capital’s portfolio since 2021.
