Through Genesis Private Equity Fund IV, Genesis Capital acquires a majority stake in GAF (Pardubice Region / CZE), a manufacturing company specializing in the custom production of steel, stainless steel and aluminum for a variety of industries, including food, healthcare and automotive. Genesis Capital will support GAF’s further development and consolidate its position in the specialized manufacturing sector.

Inflexion Announces the Closing of Inflexion Partnership Fund III at £1.7 Billion

Inflexion Private Equity announces the final closing of Inflexion Partnership Fund III at its hard cap of £1.7 billion. The fund was subscribed by new and existing investors based in Europe, Asia, Middle East, USA, including public and corporate pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, asset managers and family offices. Like its predecessors, Inflexion Partnership Fund III will make minority investments in companies based in the UK and Europe, with an enterprise value ranging from £200 million to over £1 billion and operating in the business services, technology, healthcare, industrial, consumer and financial services sectors.

Peters Surgical Joins Surgical Dressings Company Advanced Medical Solutions Group

Eurazeo announces the signature of an agreement for the sale of 100% of the capital of Peters Surgical (€84 million of revenue in 2023, Île-de-France / FRA), a company specializing in the design, manufacture and distribution of single-use medical devices for operating theatres, to Advanced Medical Solutions Group (£126.2 million of revenue in 2023, North West / ENG), a company focused on wound care and healing technologies. A majority shareholder since 2013, Eurazeo has supported Peters Surgical’s development, alongside the other historical shareholders from 2014 and 2017, Ouest Croissance and CIC Private Debt.
