KBV Group Acquires Luxury Furniture Manufacturer DOCA
Present in the Abac Capital portfolio, KBV Group (c. €35 million of revenue in 2023, Catalonia / ESP), a company that designs and manufactures kitchen and bathroom furniture, and also offers furniture for the home, acquires DOCA (c. €15 million of revenue in 2023, Valencian Community / ESP), a manufacturer of luxury furniture for kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes and dressing rooms, specializing in avant-garde designs and high-quality materials. By acquiring DOCA, KBV Group expands its product offering and increases the level of its exports.

Amos Joins Geospatial Imaging Solutions Developer Aerospacelab
Present in the portfolio of Siparex and Wallonie Entreprendre, Aerospacelab (Walloon Region / BEL), a company specialized in satellite construction and innovative solutions for geospatial data and image capture, has acquired Advanced Mechanical And Optical Systems (Amos) (Walloon Region / BEL), a company which designs and manufactures terrestrial telescopes, optical and mechanical space instrumentation, thermal vacuum chambers for space simulation, and large-scale optical components. Through this first external growth operation, Aerospacelab wishes to further strengthen its position in the Belgian space industry, by developing cutting-edge technologies. As a reminder, since 2014, Amos has also been supported as a minority by Wallonie Entreprendre.

Mangrove Equity Partners Invests in Water Pump Supplier NORMco Pump & Power
In partnership with Hunter Equity Capital (HEC), Mangrove Equity PIn partnership with Hunter Equity Capital (HEC), Mangrove Equity Partners invests in NORMco Pump & Power (Oklahoma/USA), supplier of diesel engines and centrifugal water pumps mounted on custom-built trailers. Mangrove Equity Partners will help NORMco accelerate its growth, notably through the acquisition of other specialized pump companies, with revenues between $5 and $50 million.

DBAG Partially Sells Scheduling Software Provider Solvares Group
Deutsche Beteiligungs (DBAG) annonce une cession partielle de sa participation dans Solvares Group (37 M€ de CA en 2022, Schleswig-Holstein / DEU), entreprise qui développe et fournit des solutions SaaS permettant aux entreprises de planifier et d’optimiser leur planification d’horaires et d’itinéraires. La participation a été cédée à Five Arrows qui acquiert une participation significative, et qui, aux côtés de DBAG, soutiendra Solvares dans sa prochaine phase de croissance. Pour information, DBAG est l’actionnaire majoritaire de Solvares Group depuis 2018.
