Backed by Leeds Equity Partners, 95 Percent Group (Illinois / USA), an organization specializing in improving literacy through reading science-based solutions, offering a range of products and services, including intervention programs in phonetics, assessments, professional workshops to help educators identify and fill gaps in students’ reading skills, acquired Sortegories (Michigan / USA), interactive web educational tool focused on learning to read, adapted to students for use in the classroom, at home or in tutoring. Sortegories will be integrated into 95 Percent Group’s One95 Literacy Platform™, providing teachers with a comprehensive range of digital resources to improve students’ literacy skills.

PAI Partners Acquires Audio Mixing Console Manufacturer Audiotonix
PAI Partners has entered into an agreement with Ardian, to acquire a majority stake in Audiotonix Group (c. £270 million of revenue in 2023, London / ENG), a group specializing in the design, manufacture and distribution of digital audio mixing consoles and professional audio equipment for live events and sound broadcasting. Ardian, which has held a majority stake in Audiotonix since 2019, will retain a significant minority stake in the company. It should be noted that Audiotonix is also present in the Astorg Partners portfolio.

Business Growth Fund Acquires Stake in Human Risk Management Platform Boxphish
Business Growth Fund (BGF) announces a £3.25 million investment in exchange for a minority stake in Boxphish (Yorkshire and the Humber / ENG), a cybersecurity platform integrating phishing simulations, quality training and actionable analytics to raise cybersecurity awareness within organizations, helping to spot and counter cyberattacks. This financement will enable the company to further invest in its products, team and partners, strengthening its market position. At the same time, Rob Johnson, investor in BGF’s Yorkshire & North East team, will join the Boxphish board.

Nextalia announces the launch of its Nextalia Capitale Rilancio fund.
