Through its Riverside Micro-Cap fund, The Riverside Company invests in CRIO (Clinical Research IO) (Massachusetts / USA), a platform designed to improve the efficiency and quality of clinical trials, providing cloud-based software for clinical research sites, contract research organizations (CROs) and companies in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical market. Riverside will help CRIO accelerate product development and expand its offerings.

Nordic Capital Acquires Software Provider BRP Systems from Valedo Partners
Nordic Capital acquires a majority stake in BRP Systems (c. SEK180 million of revenue in 2023, Ostrogothia / SWE), a company that offers a management platform primarily aimed at fitness, wellness and leisure companies, offering solutions for membership management, resource planning, and salary management. The acquisition was made from Valedo Partners who have owned the company since 2017. Together with the management team, Nordic Capital will support the company in accelerating its growth plans, including international expansion and completion of strategic acquisitions.

Eurazeo Announces the Launch of its Eurazeo Planetary Boundaries Fund
Eurazeo announces the launch of its Eurazeo Planetary Boundaries Fund (EPBF). This thematic impact fund has a target size of at least €750 million. It will support small and medium-sized companies operating in sectors such as agriculture, food, waste and packaging, water management, low-carbon energies and transportation services, and whose activities should contribute to boosting the regenerative and circular economy and promoting transition and adaptation solutions.
