Invision AG Sells Professional Footballers' Agency ROOF
A shareholder since 2019, Invision AG announces the sale of its stake in Representatives of Outstanding Footballers (ROOF) (Bavaria / DEU), a consulting agency for professional football players, which works in close collaboration with all football stakeholders and takes care also contracts and transfers. The stake was sold to United Talent Agency (UTA) (California / USA), an agency majority owned by EQT Partners which provides strategic and marketing services to artists and talent in a variety of sectors, including film, television, digital media, publishing, music, sports and video games.

Parquest Capital announces the successful closing of Parquest III at €414 million, exceeding its initial target of €400 million. Launched in 2022, the fund is designed to invest in French SMEs valued between €20 and €200 million and operating mainly in the B2B services and healthcare sectors.

H.I.G. Capital Sells IT Services Company DGS
H.I.G. Capital announces the sale of its stake in DGS (€119 million of revenue in 2022, Lazio / ITA), a company providing services and solutions in the fields of cybersecurity, digital solutions and management consulting. Its shares were purchased by the co-founders and management team of DGS, in partnership with Intermediate Capital Group (ICG). As a reminder, H.I.G. acquired the company in 2020 and helped it accelerate its development through targeted acquisitions.
