Backed by Synova Capital, National Education Group (NEG)(£10,9 million of revenue in 2023, Yorkshire and the Humber / ENG), a platform which offers online continuing education for schools and educational organizations, acquires BlueSky Education (South East / ENG), a company that develops an online platform for people development and performance management in schools. Combining the expertise and resources of these two companies will create an innovative solution for the development and evaluation of teachers in thousands of schools around the world.

Searchlight Capital and Ares Management invest £500 Million in RSK Group

Searchlight Capital Partners and Ares Management invest £500 million in RSK Group (£1.43 billion of revenue in 2023, North West / ENG), a consultancy specializing in environmental and geothermal impact analysis, as well as in the areas of exploration, production, dismantling and reduction of carbon emissions. As part of this transaction, Ares Management has also agreed to put in place an additional £300 million credit facility to support RSK Group’s growth plans. As a reminder, Ares Management initially invested in RSK Group in 2018. It should also be noted that the company has also been present in the Business Growth Fund portfolio since 2016.

H.I.G. Growth Partners, the growth capital investment arm of H.I.G. Capital, completes acquisition of Mobile Health Consumer (California / USA), a digital health and wellness platform that enables companies to improve employee wellbeing, identify and manage health issues and enhance the quality of working life. H.I.G. Growth Partners will help Mobile Health develop its team, services and technology.

Artemid Renews its Support for Aerial Platform Rental Specialist Acces Industrie

CAPZA announces that its Artemid fund has facilitated a senior debt financing to support Acces Industrie (c. €140 million of revenue in 2023, Nouvelle-Aquitaine / FRA), a company specializing in the rental of handling equipment (aerial work platforms and forklift trucks). This transaction is designed to support the company’s new growth phase, marked by the arrival of a new investor. As a reminder, Artemid had already supported Acces Industrie in 2017 and 2022. As a reminder, Parquest Capital, Crédit Mutuel Equity, IRDI Capital Investissement and Eurazeo are also shareholders in the company.
