IT Services Provider EVOK Joins Sequotech
Majority-owned by Verium, Sequotech (c. CHF43,3 million of revenue in 2023, Espace Mittelland / CHE), a group of IT services companies which aims to become a reference in the digitalization of businesses and processes, thanks to a buy-and-build strategy, acquired EVOK (Northwestern Switzerland / CHE), a company that provides IT installation, security and maintenance services. This transaction will strengthen Sequotech’s position as a leading IT services provider in Western Switzerland.

Wise Equity Acquires a Majority Stake in Absolute Yachts
Wise Equity, through the Wisequity VI fund, acquires a majority stake in Absolute Yachts (€102.8 million of revenue in 2023 / Emilia-Romagna / ITA), a company that builds luxury yachts in the Navetta, Flybridge and Coupé ranges. This transaction, involving a significant reinvestment by existing shareholders, is designed to strengthen and develop the product range and commercial presence of the company, which aims to close 2024 with sales of over €110 million, 90% of which will be generated abroad.

Montefiore Closes Montefiore Investment VI Fund at its €1.4 Billion Hard Cap
Montefiore Investment announces the final closing of its Montefiore Investment VI fund at its €1.4 billion hard cap. Montefiore Investment VI will invest between €40 and €200 million in European companies, generally valued between €100 and €500 million. This fund will apply Montefiore’s « Focus & Growth » strategy, which is based on sector specialization in services (Focus) and the acceleration of profitable growth (Growth).
