EF Solare Acquires Engineering Consultancy Firm SCS Ingegneria

Majority-owned by F2i SGR, EF Solare Italia (€112.8 million of revenue in 2022, Trentino-Alto Adige / ITA), a photovoltaic operator that operates solar power plants and develops photovoltaic and agrivoltaic technologies for a more sustainable energy future, acquires a majority stake in SCS Ingegneria (€4.3 million of revenue in 2023, Puglia / ITA), an engineering consultancy specializing in the design and development of large-scale renewable energy plants, which also operates in the aeronautical sector. This acquisition will strengthen EF Solare’s technical expertise in renewable energies, enabling it to accelerate the revamping and repowering programs already underway at its power plants.

Vendis Capital Acquires Sports Company PLAYERS

Vendis Capital announces the acquisition, by Vendis Capital IV, of a majority stake in PLAYERS (c. 100 million of revenue in 2023, Île-de-France / FRA), a sports company which manages and operates sports complexes for indoor sports, in particular for 5-a-side football and padel. The PLAYERS founders and management team are significantly reinvesting in the operation. With the support of Vendis, the company plans to continue its organic growth and carry out external growth operations to diversify its activities. It should be noted that the transaction was supported by a pool of lenders including Banque Palatine, which led a banking pool, and Eiffel Investment Group.

Yotta Capital Partners, Arkéa Capital and Arbevel Acquire a Majority Stake in Elvesys

As part as a MBO, Arkéa Capital, accompanied by Yotta Capital Partners and Arbevel jointly invest and acquire a majority stake in Elvesys (Elveflow Microfluidics) (Île-de-France / FRA), a company specialized in the design and manufacture of scientific microfluidic flow control equipment, used in various sectors such as healthcare, research, industry and technology. With the support of its investors, Elvesys aims to accelerate its growth, strengthen its sales team, intensify its R&D and expand its product range.

PRIMEPULSE Sells IT Services Provider glueckkanja to Norvestor

PRIMEPULSE announces the completion of the sale of its majority stake in glueckkanja (Hesse / DEU), an IT services company that offers cloud solutions and consulting services for Modern Workplace, Azure Datacenter, Transformation Services and DevOps, as well as managed services for Microsoft 365, Azure and cloud security. The majority share held by PRIMEPULSE is bought by Norvestor IX, a fund managed by Norvestor, which thus becomes the main shareholder of glueckkanja, alongside the management and main employees of the company.
