Loca Service Welcomes a Pool of Investors to its Capital
As part of a primary minority LBO, Loca Service (c. €40 million of revenue in 2023, Hauts-de-France / FRA), a company active in the design, manufacturing and rental of refrigeration equipment, welcomes into its capital a pool of investors led by NCI and including BNP Paribas Développement, Bpifrance and BP Nord Développement, which invests alongside Aurélien Bouve, majority shareholder and Chairman of the group. With the support of its new financial partners, the group intends to consolidate its leading position in France, enter new markets and expand its activities internationally.

Tikehau Acquires Electric Network Infrastructure Services Provider CEBAT
Tikehau Capital announces the signing of an agreement for the acquisition, from Oaktree Capital Management, of a majority stake in CEBAT (c. €200 million of revenue in 2023, Lazio / ITA), a provider of high-voltage underground cable installation and maintenance services for electricity producers. As CEBAT enters a new chapter in its growth, this partnership with Tikehau Capital will enable it to consolidate its market position, drawing on the investment company’s expertise in decarbonization strategies. As a reminder, Oaktree acquired CEBAT in 2019.

Astorg Partners announces the closing of its new continuation fund, Normec Continuation Fund, at €1.4 billion, in partnership with renowned asset managers and family offices. This is a fund dedicated to continuing Astorg VII’s majority investment in Normec (Utrecht / NLD), a provider of testing, inspection, certification and compliance services. Normec’s performance, coupled with its organic and external growth projects which remain to be accomplished, have led Astorg to want to continue the shareholding adventure.
