WIND Subsea Cable Services Acquires Engineering Company Draftec
Backed by Bolster Investment Partners, WIND Subsea Cable Services (€41 million of revenue in 2022, North Holland / NLD), a logistics platform dedicated to the transport, handling and storage of submarine cables, as well as the recovery of submarine telecommunications cables, acquires Draftec (Zeeland / NLD), an engineering company specialized in the design and manufacture of technical solutions for various industrial sectors such as offshore wind energy, marine, dredging and heavy-lift installations… Thanks to this merger, WIND Subsea Cable Services strengthens its position as a major player in the offshore and renewable energy sectors, while supporting Draftec in developing its innovative solutions on a global scale.

Tenzing Private Equity Invests in Cloud Software Company Bannerflow
Through Tenzing Private Equity Fund III, Tenzing Private Equity invests in Bannerflow (SEK221 million of revenue in 2023, Uppland / SWE), a cloud software company offering a digital advertising production automation and campaign lifecycle management platform, enabling the creation and distribution of campaigns across multiple channels. With Tenzing’s support, Bannerflow will accelerate its development and growth in key strategic markets, notably the UK and the USA. This is Tenzing’s first investment in the Nordic countries.

Adhesive Label Manufacturer Labelys Welcomes New Investors
Labelys (€170 million of revenue in 2023, Île-de-France / FRA), a company specializing in the manufacture and printing of self-adhesive labels, offering a wide range of products, from simple labels to multi-page labels, using specialized techniques such as 3D printing and Braille, as well as advanced finishing processes such as gilding, technical varnishing and embossing, strengthens its capital with the support of its historic investors EMZ Partners and Bpifrance, and the participation of new partners Florac, Cerea Partners and Unigrains. The transaction was also supported by a group of lenders including Schelcher Prince, Eiffel Investment Group and Bank of Ireland. With this new shareholder structure, Labelys intends to pursue its geographic and sectoral expansion, consolidating its dominant position in the European self-adhesive label market.

Nexxus Iberia Invests in Waste Container Manufacturer Contenur
Through Nexxus Iberia Private Equity Fund II, Nexxus Iberia acquires a majority stake in Contenur (€170 million of revenue in 2023, Community of Madrid / ESP), a company specializing in the manufacture and maintenance of solid waste containers. With the support of Nexxus, Contenur will accelerate its expansion plans, enhance its product offering and strengthen its commitment to sustainable practices. As a reminder, since 2017, Contenur was previously owned by ACON Investments and backed by Oquendo Capital.
