conTeyor Merges with Plastics Manufacturing Company KTP Kunststoff Palettentechnik

Majority-owned by Gilde Equity Management Benelux, conTeyor (Flemish Region / BEL), a company that offers reusable textile packaging solutions for various sectors, announces its merger with KTP Kunststoff Palettentechnik (KTP) (Saarland / DEU), a plastics manufacturing company that produces and develops plastic large foldable containers, large load carriers, pallets and transport systems. The new entity resulting from this merger will position itself as a leading player in the design and production of reusable packaging and storage solutions. It will be majority-owned by Gilde Equity Management and minority-backed by KTP’s existing shareholders, VR Equityparner and Wagner Holding.

VTC Acquires Majority Stake in Hürner Luft- und Umwelttechnik

VTC announces the acquisition of a 75% stake in Hürner Luft- und Umwelttechnik (HLU) (€50 million of revenue in 2023, Hesse / DEU), a company that designs and manufactures fans and plastic components for industrial, laboratory and comfort applications, with maintenance and repair services for air technology systems. VTC’s expertise and sustainable entrepreneurial approach make it a leading partner to help HLU grow internationally, expand its product range and increase its production capacity.

EQT Targets $12.5 Billion for its New Fund Baring Private Equity Asia Fund IX (BPEA Fund IX)

EQT has set the target size of its new fund, BPEA Private Equity Fund IX (BPEA IX), at $12.5 billion, although the final size may vary depending on the success of the fundraising. This fund will follow a similar investment strategy as its predecessor, BPEA VIII. The fundraising process is designed to ensure a smooth transition between the two generations of funds, with the new fund taking over when the previous one is almost fully invested.
