Owned by Sovereign Capital Partners, Actica Consulting (£39.3 million of revenue in 2023, South East / ENG), a provider of digital transformation, cyber security and business and technical consultancy services to public sector organisations, acquires Ntegra (South West / ENG), a company specializing in the provision of advanced IT solutions and managed services to businesses with a focus on optimising technology infrastructure and improving operational efficiency. Through this acquisition, both companies are expected to benefit from the combination of their expertise and resources, enabling them to offer better solutions to their clients.

Sonat and IT consultancy Apparat Join Forces

Majority-owned by VIA Equity, Sonat (Western Norway / NOR), a provider of digitalization products and services based on cloud back-end architecture, AR/VR front-end visualization, data science, machine learning, innovation and low-code/no-code, has acquired Apparat (Western Norway / NOR), a company offering advanced IT consulting, digital design and animation services, including advertising productions and visual effects. This acquisition will allow Apparat to benefit from Sonat’s resources and expanded offering, enabling it to pursue its growth ambitions. It is worth noting that the majority of Apparat’s shareholders will reinvest in Sonat for a minority stake, thus fostering a close integration between Apparat and Sonat, aligning their interests and facilitating their future collaboration.

Main Capital Partners announces the acquisition of a majority stake in Whitevision (North Brabant / NLD), a provider of software solutions that help centralize and automate the processing of purchase invoices, expense claims and other administrative documents, enabling companies to manage their financial processes more efficiently thanks to integrated intelligent functionalities. Together with Main Capital Partners, Whitevision intends to expand its product offering, strengthen its position in the Netherlands and penetrate new markets in various European regions such as DACH and the Nordic countries.

The company was acquired by ePlus (Virginia / USA), a company specializing in the provision of integrated technology solutions and managed services, with a particular focus on security, digital transformation, and optimizing business results through technological innovation. As a reminder, Norwest Equity Partners acquired Bailiwick in 2017.
