Present in the K1 Investment Management portfolio, Routeware (Oregon / USA), a provider of waste management software for private haulers and municipalities, enabling them to manage truck dispatch, route optimization, billing and customer relationship management (CRM), acquires Wastech (Victoria / AUS), a design, engineering and manufacturing company serving the waste management and resource recovery industries, owner of the waste management platforms RUBICONSmartCity and RUBICONPro. This transaction allows Routeware to expand its offerings and strengthen its leadership position in technology solutions for the waste collection industry.

Residential Property Manager Odevo Welcomes New Investor

CVC Capital Partners, via its CVC Fund IX fund, acquires a stake in Odevo (SBC) (SEK3.4 billion of revenue in 2023, Uppland / SWE), a company that provides financial management, technical management, project management and legal assistance services to condominium associations. CVC thus joins existing shareholder Fidelio Capital and the management team to support Odevo in its global expansion and service innovation projects.

ARCHIMED Acquires Wound Irrigation System Developer Irrimax

ARCHIMED is investing in Irrimax (Georgia / USA), a company that offers a self-contained jet wash system for wound irrigation, using a low concentration of chlorhexidine gluconate to provide broad spectrum activity against microorganisms and remove debris, dirt and foreign materials from wounds. With its experience in the field of medical technologies, ARCHIMED is the right partner to support Irrimax in its next phase of development. ARCHIMED invested through its MED Platform II fund which closed at €3.5 billion in 2023.

BPM Capital Exits Telecommunications Network Builder Corle

BPM Capital announces the sale of Corle (€4.5 million of revenue in 2021, Harju County / EST), a company that provides services in the construction of electrical and telecommunications networks. Through BPM Mezzanine Fund, BPM Capital provided mezzanine debt to the company in 2017, and helped it lay a solid financial foundation and build a professional team in telecommunications network construction.
