Energy Production Company Skysun Raises €16.85 Million

Skysun (Walloon Region / BEL), a solar solutions company that finances and supplies photovoltaic panels to individuals and businesses, with installation services tailored to different sites such as car parks and roofs of industrial buildings and shopping centres, raises €16.85 million in a Series A funding round led by Andera Partners, via Andera Smart Infra I, with the participation of the Belgian public fund Wallonie Entreprendre. This financing will allow Skysun to strengthen its presence in France.

Adelis Equity Invests in Chromatography Column Manufacturer IonOpticks

Adelis Equity invests in IonOpticks (Western Australia / AUS), a designer and manufacturer of high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry columns used in proteomics research. Through its partnership with Adelis Equity, IonOpticks aims to strengthen its global presence, introduce new products to new and existing markets, and consolidate its leadership position in proteomics and adjacent applications.

Inflexion Closes Inflexion Enterprise Fund VI at its £975 Million Hard Cap

Inflexion Private Equity announces the final closing of Inflexion Enterprise Fund VI at its hard cap of £975 million. The fund targets high-growth companies in the lower mid-market segment operating in Inflexion’s core sectors of business services, technology, healthcare, industrials, consumer and financial services. Completed in less than five months, the fundraising was carried out mainly with existing investors, who doubled their commitment compared to the previous fund.

Aksia Group Sells Pharmaceutical Company Content Group

De Agostini (€4.35 billion of revenue in 2023, Piemonte / ITA), a holding company that manages companies specialized in various fields such as publishing, media, gaming and asset management, has signed a binding agreement with Aksìa Group, under which it will take full control of Content Group (€54.9 million of revenue in 2023, Emilia-Romagna / ITA), a contract manufacturing organization in the pharmaceutical sector, specialized in the production, filling and research of pharmaceutical products, medical devices and cosmetics. As a reminder, since 2016, Aksìa Group had been the majority supporter of Content Group through its Aksìa Capital IV fund.
