Business Software Publisher Orisha Acquires Gregal
Backed by TA Associates, 21 Invest and Francisco Partners, Orisha (c. €200 million of revenue in 2023, Île-de-France / FRA), a software publisher specializing in providing B2B software solutions for various sectors such as retail, real estate, healthcare, construction and agri-food, acquires Gregal (Valencian Community / ESP), a software publisher specializing in the development of solutions for the horticultural and agri-food sectors. This transaction strengthens Orisha’s Agri-food business unit, recently created after the acquisition of Gaïana (c. €40 million of revenue in 2023, Nouvelle-Aquitaine / FRA), a group specialized in software for the wine and spirits, horticulture and agriculture sectors. Orisha’s ambition is to become the leader in business management software in Europe.

CAPZA Invests in Online Payment Company Sogexia
CAPZA announces the acquisition of a minority stake in Sogexia (Luxembourg District / LUX), a company specializing in online financial and banking services that offers bankless accounts with a Mastercard payment card, financial management solutions and innovative services such as instant transfers and access to an account in a few minutes without complex procedures, with a focus on transparency of fees, speed of services and access to financial management tools adapted to modern needs, all without income conditions or commitments from its customers, both individuals and professionals. With the support of CAPZA, Sogexia aims to accelerate its development by strengthening its technological innovation, with the aim of enriching its offer by adding new functionalities.

Beyond Capital Partners Acquires Audiovisual Production Studio Group ORENDT STUDIOS Holding
Through its Beyond Capital Partners Fund III, Beyond Capital Partners acquires a majority stake in ORENDT STUDIOS Holding (Hamburg / DEU), a company that manages studios for photographic production, cinematic production, 3D visualization and scanning, augmented and virtual reality, and artistic creation for professional clients. Beyond Capital will support ORENDT STUDIOS in its growth by accelerating its internationalization and enhancing its offerings across all communication channels, with a particular focus on e-commerce. In addition, Beyond Capital plans to implement a buy-and-build strategy with the aim of making ORENDT one of the leading technology service providers for digital solutions agencies in Europe.

EQT Sells IT Security Company Open Systems
EQT Partners announces the sale of its majority stake, held since 2017, in Open Systems (Zurich / CHE), a managed cybersecurity services company that provides cloud-based network security solutions with a particular focus on SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide Area Network) and SSE (Security Service Edge) technologies to help organizations protect their IT systems from cyber threats by providing real-time visibility, proactive risk management, and comprehensive network and user security. Open Systems is now part of Swiss Post (CHF 5.3 billion of revenue in 2023, Espace Mittelland / CHE), a company active in several sectors such as communication, logistics, retail financial services and transport.
