Schenk Tanktransport Acquires Tanker Logistics Provider Suttons Tankers
Backed by Argos Wityu, Schenk Tanktransport (€270 million of revenue in 2023, Flemish Region / BEL), a company that provides tankers for the transport and logistics services of fuels, lubricating oils, industrial gases, bitumen and chemicals for customers in Belgium, acquires Suttons Tankers (£122 million of revenue in 2023, North West / ENG), an international company specializing in the logistics of dangerous and non-dangerous goods that offers complete tank container transport, supply chain management, and road logistics services in the UK and internationally. This strategic acquisition increases Schenk’s revenues by 50% and expands its network, with a fleet of over 1,450 vehicles and increased expertise in new product segments.

Rantalainen Group Acquires Accounting Services Provider Value Group
Majority-owned by Norvestor, Rantalainen Group (€149 million of revenue in 2023, Uusimaa / FIN), a financial and payroll services company providing tailor-made financial solutions as well as audit, tax and corporate law consultancy services for companies and organizations, acquires Value Group (NOK200 million of revenue in 2023, Ostlandet / NOR), a provider of accounting, payroll and human resources management services. The integration of Value Group accelerates Rantalainen’s expansion in Scandinavia and strengthens its position as one of the leading accounting groups in the region.

Kivu Bioscience Raises $92 Million in a Series A Funding Round
Kivu Bioscience (California / USA), a biotechnology company developing next-generation antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) for the treatment of cancer, raises $92 million in a Series A financing round led by Novo Holdings, with participation from Gimv, Red Tree Venture Capital, HealthCap, BioGeneration Ventures, Merck Ventures and Brabantse Ontwikkelings Maatschappij (BOM). Kivu aims to leverage clinically validated technology to improve patient outcomes, and this financing is in line with its strategic vision to achieve significant advances in cancer therapies.

Capiton Sells Building Services Provider GRITEC
Capiton announces the sale of its majority stake in GRITEC (Bade-Wurtemberg / DEU), a company that provides technical construction services and produces concrete enclosures for buildings, energy networks, electromobility, rail systems and industry. GRITEC joins Viessmann Generations Group (c. €4 billion of revenue in 2023, Hesse / DEU), a company specializing in the manufacture and installation of a wide range of heating and cooling systems. Formerly known as Betonbau, GRITEC was acquired by Capiton in 2021.
