Minority-backed by NB Renaissance and Bain Capital, Inetum (c. €2.5 billion of revenue in 2023, Île-de-France / FRA), a company specializing in information systems consulting and the integration of business software for large companies and communities, announces the acquisition of Manao (Île-de-France / FRA), a company specializing in the integration of Salesforce solutions, offering services tailored to the specific needs of each company. As Salesforce is a major transformation tool for companies, the acquisition of Manao will enable Inetum to better meet its customers’ CRM challenges.

Arxior Partners and Vectis Private Equity jointly acquire a majority stake in Van Moer (Flemish Region / BEL), a company specializing in the design and distribution of certified and tailor-made workwear for sectors such as healthcare, food and protection, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability and employee safety. Alongside CEO Kenny Van Riel, who retains a minority stake, Arxior and Vectis will support the company’s growth by investing in technological innovation and expansion into new markets.

Sullivan Street Partners Sells Grounds Maintenance Company Tivoli
Sullivan Street Partners sells its majority stake in Tivoli (£66 million of revenue in 2023, West Midlands / ENG), a company providing grounds maintenance, landscaping, winter maintenance, indoor plant maintenance, floristry and arboriculture services for public sector and corporate customers. The company has come under the control of Nurture Group (South East / ENG), a provider of green space maintenance, winter salting, indoor and outdoor plant maintenance, landscaping and pest control services, mainly for businesses and public spaces. The combination of the two companies creates a major player in landscape maintenance in England, offering comprehensive and environmentally friendly maintenance services, with a combined annual revenue of £245 million. As a reminder, Sullivan Street Partners acquired Tivoli in 2018.
