Oakley Capital, via Oakley Capital Fund V, invests in Konzept & Marketing (Lower Saxony / DEU), a company specializing in the development, administration and marketing of innovative insurance products in the areas of property, liability and accident insurances, which works with renowned insurance companies to offer tailor-made solutions to customers and business partners. Gimv announces that it has sold its majority stake in rehaneo (Bavaria / DEU), a company offering emergency and primary healthcare services for workers, to Fremman Capital. Since 2021, Gimv has provided the capital and strategic support needed to make rehaneo one of Germany’s leading providers of outpatient rehabilitation services. With Fremman Capital, the company begins a new chapter in its growth, focusing on the strategic development of its existing facilities, as well as the acquisition of new outpatient rehabilitation centers.

Berlin Packaging Acquires Rigid Packaging Supplier Rixius

Backed by Intermediate Capital Group (ICG), Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Oak Hill Capital, Berlin Packaging (c. $1.6 billion of revenue in 2023, Illinois / USA), a designer and manufacturer of hybrid packaging products providing containers made from plastic, glass and metal, announces the acquisition of Rixius (Bade-Wurtemberg / DEU), a manufacturer of bottles and other containers made from glass and plastic, which was majority-owned by BWK. Through this transaction, Berlin Packaging will strengthen its position in Germany and expand its product portfolio for the industrial market.
