Add-on: myneva Group Acquires Healthcare Software Developer DM EDV

Owned by Summa Equity, myneva Group (North Rhine-Westphalia / DEU), a company that develops management software mainly dedicated to the social work sectors, including elderly care and youth care, acquires DM EDV- und Bürosysteme (Lower Saxony / DEU), a company specializing in the development of software solutions for the healthcare sector, covering the entire complex care process, including service planning, care documentation, as well as administrative management and billing. This acquisition allows myneva to extend its software solutions for the social sector to related sectors such as healthcare. As a reminder, DM EDV was previously a subsidiary of ARZ Haan (€40.1 million of revenue in 2023, North Rhine-Westphalia / DEU), a group specialized in financial services and software solutions for healthcare providers.

Callista Private Equity

Acquisition: Callista Acquires Dörrenberg Edelstahl's Steel Mill and Steel Foundry Activities

Through Bergische Edelstahlwerke, Callista Private Equity acquires the steel mill and steel foundry activities of Dörrenberg Edelstahl (€213 million of revenue in 2022, North Rhine-Westphalia / DEU), a company operating in the fields of special steels, coating and hardening, foundry products, steel casting and rolled steel products. Within Bergische Edelstahlwerke, Callista will support the two entities resulting from this demerger in order to enable them to become leading suppliers of high-quality stainless steels and to meet the challenges of the steel industry.

Other: The Employment Group Sells its Subsidiary Venk Professionals to World of Talents

Owned by Egeria Capital Management, The Employment Group (c. €191 million of revenue in 2023, Utrecht / NLD), a company that provides human resources services for its clients in the construction, industry and engineering sectors, sells its subsidiary Venk Professionals (Utrecht / NLD), a recruitment agency focused on temporary assignments and secondments, operating under the Voort and Koen brands. Venk has been taken over by World of Talents (c. €350 million of revenue in 2023, Flemish Region / BEL), a recruitment agency specializing in the recruitment of shortage profiles and the placement of personnel, which is present in the portfolio of CVC Capital Partners.

Exit: LFM Capital Sells Data Center Infrastructure Solutions Provider Acceleration

LFM Capital announces that it has finalized the sale of Accelevation (Ohio / USA), an integrated provider of data center infrastructure solutions, offering complete services from design to custom manufacturing and installation, thanks to an in-house team of experienced technicians. Accelevation is now controlled by Olympus Partners. As a reminder, LFM Capital invested in Accelevation in 2022, and helped it develop new facilities, introduce new product and service lines, implement a new ERP system and improve manufacturing operations. Note that since 2023, Accelevation had also been supported in mezzanine by Centerfield Capital.
