Owned by Summa Equity, myneva Group (North Rhine-Westphalia / DEU), a company that develops management software mainly dedicated to the social work sectors, including elderly care and youth care, acquires DM EDV- und Bürosysteme (Lower Saxony / DEU), a company specializing in the development of software solutions for the healthcare sector, covering the entire complex care process, including service planning, care documentation, as well as administrative management and billing. This acquisition allows myneva to extend its software solutions for the social sector to related sectors such as healthcare. As a reminder, DM EDV was previously a subsidiary of ARZ Haan (€40.1 million of revenue in 2023, North Rhine-Westphalia / DEU), a group specialized in financial services and software solutions for healthcare providers.

Add-on: Live Entertainment Company ATG Entertainment Acquires SOM Produce
Majority-owned by Providence Equity Partners and backed by Blackstone, ATG Entertainment (£705 million of revenue in 2023, South East / ENG), a live entertainment company that works with leading producers and artists to offer a diverse range of shows, from musicals to concerts, to its iconic theaters in the UK and around the world, acquires SOM Produce (Community of Madrid / ESP), a show production company that manages several iconic theaters in Spain. This acquisition enables ATG to enter the Spanish market and add five Madrid-based theaters to its worldwide portfolio of prestigious venues. SOM Produce was minority backed by Gala Capital prior to this transaction.

Acquisition: Ardian Acquires Semiconductor Test Interface Manufacturer Synergie CAD Group
Ardian announces the acquisition of Synergie CAD Group (€70 million of revenue in 2020, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur / FRA), a company specializing in electronic engineering, offering test solutions in the field of semiconductor design, manufacturing and assembly. With this transaction, Ardian strengthens its presence in the semiconductor industry and intends to support the transformation and development of Synergie CAD Group. The shareholder since 2020, Tertium Capital, signs its exit on this occasion, while Alain Librati, the management team and BNP Paribas Développement reinvest as a minority shareholders alongside Ardian. Ardian invested through its Ardian Semiconductor fund, which makes its second investment after the recent acquisition of Ion Beam Services (IBS) (€15 million of revenue in 2023, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur / FRA), a company specializing in ion implantation, offering services and equipment for various industrial applications, particularly in the field of semiconductor manufacturing.
