Acquisition: GENUI acquires IT Management Solutions Developer Aagon

GENUI announces a majority stake in Aagon (North Rhine-Westphalia / DEU), a company specializing in the development of IT management solutions for business environments, whose flagship product, the Aagon Client Management Platform (ACMP), offers a comprehensive range of tools for unified endpoint management (UEM), enabling organizations to efficiently manage their IT infrastructures. The acquisition is intended to stimulate the company’s future growth, particularly in the areas of digitalization and cybersecurity. Following the acquisition, founders Wilko Frenzel and Sascha Häckel will remain at the helm of Aagon.

Amethis

Acquisition: Amethis Acquires Majority Stake in Kazareen Textile Group

Amethis, via Amethis Fund III, acquires a majority stake in Kazareen Textile Group (KTG) (£44,5 million of revenue in 2023, London / ENG), a textile manufacturer specializing in the production of garments, household linen, textile accessories and knitted fabrics, with a strong export focus in Africa, Europe and the GCC, and offering integrated solutions covering the entire supply chain, from design to distribution. Amethis will support the company in its expansion plans, while preserving its ESG commitments, with a particular focus on quality of work and energy efficiency. Headquartered in the UK, KTG has seven production sites in Egypt and subsidiaries in Canada, France and Germany. Amethis Fonds III has made its first investment through this transaction.

Fundraising: Mayfair Equity Partners Closes its Mayfair Fund III at £500 Million

Mayfair Equity Partners announces the final closing of its Mayfair Fund III at £500 million. The fund was backed by new and existing institutional investors, with 60% of commitments coming from North American-based investors and the balance from EMEA-based investors. This round brings the total funds raised by Mayfair since its first investment in 2015 to over £2 billion. Having already made three investments, Mayfair Fund III will follow the same strategy as its predecessors, by supporting innovative companies with the aim of developing them internationally.

Exit: H.I.G. Capital Exits Infusion Services Provider Soleo Health

A shareholder since 2016, H.I.G. Capital announces the sale of its stake in Soleo Health (Texas / USA), a provider of specialty pharmacy services and complex infusion therapies, administered at home or in alternative care sites, which offers a personalized patient experience and access to specialty medications, whether at the patient’s home, at the healthcare provider’s office or in one of its many infusion centers. During its partnership with H.I.G., the company has developed its network of pharmacies and infusion rooms, and diversified its product offering. Alongside founders Drew Walk and Craig Vollmer, the management team, as well as its new financial partners Court Square Partners and WindRose Health Investors, Soleo is well positioned to continue its growth and offer quality care throughout the United States.
