Add-on: Cezanne HR Acquires Recruitment Platform Company Occupop

Backed by NorthEdge Capital, Cezanne HR (London / ENG), a provider of cloud-based human resources management software (HRIS) solutions designed to simplify and automate all aspects of HR and payroll processes within mid-sized and growing companies, has acquired Occupop (Leinster / IRL), an intuitive and simplified recruitment platform designed to help small and medium-sized businesses attract, manage, hire and onboard the best talent. This first acquisition, made after two years of collaboration with NorthEdge, will allow Cezanne HR to enrich its offering and support its expansion into the Irish market.

Acquisition: Reconditioned Auto Parts Distributor Valued Raises €4 Million

Valused (Île-de-France / FRA), a distributor of used and reconditioned automotive parts, with offerings covering mechanics, bodywork, electronic components and tires, has raised €4 million from Arkéa Capital’s We Positive Invest 2 fund and NCI’s NCITY fund, with the participation of the company’s banking partners. Thanks to this financing, Valused plans to expand its customer base, multiply its sales and become a benchmark brand in reconditioned parts for professionals in Europe.

Acquisition: CataCap Acquires Digital Mail Services Platform e-Boks

CataCap Management announces the signature of an agreement to acquire e-Boks (DKK187 million of revenue in 2023, Capital Region of Denmark / DNK), a secure digital mail services platform enabling users to access documents, manage their digital mail, sign contracts, reply to messages and pay bills from public authorities, banks, insurance companies and other organizations. CataCap’s investment will be used to further develop the e-Boks platform, by adding new functionalities and increasing its profitability on the Danish market. e-Boks was previously active as a subsidiary of Nets (DKK856 million of revenue in 2023, Capital Region of Denmark / DNK), a company providing secure digital payment, digital identity and document scanning solutions to financial institutions, corporates, merchants and public sector organizations in the Nordic region and the Baltic States, as well as of PostNord (Capital Region of Denmark / DNK), a provider of logistics and postal services.

Innova Capital

Acquisition: Innova Capital Acquires ProService Finteco and 50% of IFDS

Innova Capital acquires a majority stake in ProService Finteco (Mazovia / POL), a company that provides front-office, back-office solutions, and IT services for financial institutions (investment funds, pension funds, and insurance companies). Innova Capital also acquires a 50% stake in Investment Funds Depositary Services (IFDS) (Mazovia / POL), a company specializing in depositary services for closed-end investment funds, which also focuses on receiving and transmitting orders, as well as concluding transactions outside the regulated market for these funds. With Innova Capital, ProService Finteco has an ambitious and high-quality partner to help it improve the quality of its services through innovative technological solutions and acquire new clients in attractive markets. As part of the transaction, the shareholders since 2016, Oaktree Capital Management and Cornerstone Investment Management, withdraw from the capital of ProService Finteco.
