Add-on: Lift Maintenance Services Provider Deltron Group Completes a Triple Acquisition

Backed by Lloyds Development Capital, Deltron Group (West Midlands / ENG), a group of companies specializing in maintenance, repair, installation and renovation services for all types of elevators, goods elevators and stairlifts, has acquired the three elevator maintenance specialists, Abacus Elevators (North West / ENG), a company specializing in the maintenance and modernization of elevators, Total Lift Care (North West / ENG), a provider of preventive and corrective maintenance services for all types of elevator, and Bourne Lifts (South West / ENG), a company providing maintenance, repair and replacement services for residential and commercial elevators. These transactions will allow Deltron to expand its service capabilities, adding more than 770 customers and increasing the number of units it manages to 13,200 for 3,700 customers in the UK. Since LDC’s entry into the company’s capital in July 2024, Deltron has made several acquisitions, consolidating its position in a still very fragmented market.

Acquisition: AIF Invests in Agrotechnology Company Rainbow Crops

Agri Investment Fund (AIF) announces its investment in Rainbow Crops (Flemish Region / BEL), an agrotechnology company specializing in the development of crops that are resilient to climate change and addressing food security challenges by using technologies such as multiplex genome editing, artificial intelligence, precision breeding and automated phenotyping. AIF will bring its expertise in agtech and agri-food to reinforce Rainbow Crops’ innovation strategy. Rainbow Crops is a spin-off from VIB (Flemish Region / BEL), a research organization specializing in life sciences and biotechnology.

Acquisition: Arkéa Capital Invests in Perfume and Cosmetics Brand Adopt Parfums

Arkéa Capital announces an equity investment in Adopt Parfums (€118 million of revenue in 2023, Nouvelle-Aquitaine / FRA), a perfume and cosmetics brand offering a wide range of products such as perfumes, face and body care products, makeup products, and fashion accessories. This investment aims to support the company in the pursuit of its objective of transforming the perfume market and consolidating its position as a leading player in quality perfumes at affordable prices. NextStage AM will retain its position as majority shareholder alongside Arkéa Capital and existing minority shareholder Trocadero Capital Partners.

Acquisition: Livonia Partners Acquires Ambulatory Care Provider Medicum Group

Livonia Partners announces the acquisition of Medicum Group (Harju County / EST), an outpatient healthcare provider offering services such as general medicine, family doctor consultations, nursing care, home care, specialist care, mental health services, dental care, diagnostic tests, laboratory analyses and medical imaging. This operation represents a major turning point for Medicum, which now benefits from the support of a strategic investor to accelerate its growth and promote better access to medical care for Estonian citizens.
