Acquisition: Siparex Entrepreneurs and Bpifrance acquire the railway infrastructure installation company BRIFER

As part of a majority MBO, Siparex Entrepreneurs and Bpifrance are investing in BRIFER (€21 million of revenue in 2024, Île-de-France / FRA), a company specializing in the installation, renovation, and maintenance of railway infrastructure, overseeing the implementation, modernization, and technical management of railway equipment and networks. The founding family is selling part of its shares while retaining a minority stake. The operation was partly financed by senior debt provided by CIC and Société Générale. Exit: Proponent acquires the distributor of aeronautical parts Avioparts

Proponent (California / USA), a distributor of aeronautical parts and associated solutions on a global scale, managing inventory, logistics, and supply chain services for the aviation sector, acquires Avioparts (€55 million of revenue in 2024, Community of Madrid / ESP), a company specialized in the distribution of aeronautical components and the provision of high value-added services for commercial aviation. This acquisition aims to strengthen Proponent’s presence in Europe and the Middle East.
