Exit: Medibank acquires the network of primary care medical facilities Better Medical

Medibank (Victoria / AUS), a company that designs and manages a diversified portfolio of health, travel, pet, life, and income protection insurance products, acquires Better Medical (South Australia / AUS), a network of primary care facilities specializing in the operation and support of general practitioner (GP) clinics. LEA Partners announces the acquisition of all shares of The Assistant Company (TAC) (Styria / AUT), a company that develops modular software solutions to optimize the operational management of spas, pools, and fitness clubs. The acquisition was made from Clubessential Holdings (Ohio / USA), a provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions and integrated payment solutions for private clubs, public golf courses, health and fitness clubs, spas, military organizations, municipalities, and camp organizations.
