Anders Invest announces the acquisition of a majority stake in Straatman Building Smart (c. €20 million of revenue in 2023, Gelderland / NLD), a company that designs, manufactures, and installs custom staircases, railings, gates, canopies, and privacy screens for buildings, offering high-quality and technically advanced solutions tailored to architectural requirements, while providing customized products that combine functionality and innovative design. Acquisition: Capital Croissance invests in the building renovation specialist Renobat
Capital Croissance, via its fund CAIRN Capital III, acquires a minority stake in Renobat (€16.8 million of revenue in 2024, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur / FRA), a company specializing in the renovation of endangered buildings, particularly old buildings requiring urgent interventions, reinforcement work, or complete rehabilitation. This investment was made on the occasion of an OBO conducted with the co-founders of the company and supported by senior debt provided by BNP Paribas, Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC, and Banque Populaire Méditerranée (BPMED). This operation will allow the company to continue its structuring and deploy its multi-agency model at the national level, while benefiting from the strategic and regional support of Capital Croissance.
