Acquisition: Axcel acquires the consulting and digital solutions development company Bekk Consulting

Axcel, through Axcel VII, signs an agreement to acquire Bekk Consulting (1.05 billion NOK of revenue in 2025, Eastern Norway / NOR), a company specialized in consulting on digital strategy, product strategy, sustainability strategy, competitive analysis, business model, etc., as well as in the development of digital solutions, with particular expertise in software engineering, data analysis, artificial intelligence, design, strategy, and cloud services. The acquisition was made from Tieto (€2.8 billion of revenue in 2024, Uusimaa / FIN), a technology group that offers IT management software as well as digitization and modernization services for businesses. Backed by Revelstoke Capital Partners, The Care Team (Michigan / USA), a provider of home care and palliative care, acquires certain palliative care and hospice operations of Traditions Health (Tennessee / USA), a provider of hospice, palliative care, and home health services, with a focus on developing personalized care plans and continuous patient support. This acquisition aims to improve service offerings and expand The Care Team’s market reach. As part of the transaction, The Care Team acquired Traditions Health’s operations in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Virginia, while other sites and services of Traditions Health will be acquired by other regional palliative and home care services providers (Revelstoke Capital Partners, press release)

Present in the portfolio of Renaissance Partners, H14 SPA, and Tamburi Investment Partners, Bending Spoons (€706 million of revenue in 2024, Lombardy / ITA), a technology company that develops and markets user-friendly and technologically advanced software and mobile applications using AI and engineering, acquires Eventbrite ($298.9 million of revenue in 2024, California / USA), an online ticketing service provider offering self-service experiences to enable organizers to plan and execute their events. Charterhouse Capital Partners announces its investment in Winback (c. €40 million of revenue in 2024, Occitania / FRA), a company specializing in the distribution of equipment for healthcare professionals. Alongside the management team, which will reinvest significantly, Charterhouse will support the company in its next phase of growth, particularly in accelerating its international expansion and strengthening its position as a leader in non-invasive healthcare equipment.
