Eurazeo acquires the water supply services provider Water Direct

Eurazeo announces that its Eurazeo Transition Infrastructure Fund (ETIF) has acquired a majority stake in Water Direct (£18.6 million in revenue in 2024, East of England /ENG), a provider of alternative and emergency water supply services for individuals, businesses, and the public sector, offering tanker delivery, bottled water, and temporary storage tanks. Eurazeo’s investment will help Water Direct continue its growth by accelerating the expansion of its fleet and logistics network, while also strengthening its digital capabilities. Altor Equity Partners announces the acquisition of a majority stake in Evac Group (€176 million of revenue in 2023, Uusimaa / FIN), a company that designs and markets wastewater and waste management solutions for the shipbuilding, construction, and maritime industries. Bridgepoint, which entered Evac’s capital in 2017, signs its exit.
