Acquisition: Novacap announces the acquisition of the AdTech company Integral Ad Science (IAS)

For $1.9 billion, Novacap Investments acquires a majority stake in Integral Ad Science (IAS) ($530 million of revenue in 2024, New York / USA), a company that provides tools to help advertisers and brands verify and optimize the placement of their digital ads. The acquisition was made from the majority shareholder since 2018, Vista Equity Partners, as well as other shareholders, at a price of $10.30 per share. Novacap intends to support the company in its innovation efforts, international development, and the creation of significant added value for advertisers and publishers. Backed by Main Capital Partners, Omnidocs Group (Capital Region of Denmark / DNK), a provider of enterprise information management (EIM) software, which offers intelligent document management, automation, and content creation solutions for businesses, acquires officeatwork (Central Switzerland / CHE), a company that develops a software solution integrated with Microsoft 365, simplifying document creation and content management through centralized management of templates, visual identity, and emails, directly in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and browsers. Acquisition: The makeup and beauty products brand VIEVE raises £9 million

As part of a Series B funding round, VIEVE (London / ENG), a company that designs and offers a wide range of makeup and beauty products, with a focus on vegan and cruelty-free formulations, as well as gift sets, clothing, and home fragrances, raises £9 million, of which £7 million comes from Piper Private Equity, with the balance provided by existing shareholders Pembroke VCT, Venrex, and Active Partners. This investment will support the next stage of VIEVE’s growth by accelerating its rollout in new retail locations and international markets, particularly in the United States, supporting ongoing product innovation, and strengthening the management team, while expanding the VIEVE Pro community (Piper Private Equity, press release)

Add-on: Vulcain Engineering acquires the engineering company Incico

Backed by several investors including Ardian, Tikehau Capital, EMZ Partners, Amundi PEF, Siparex, Eurazeo, Bpifrance Investissement, CAPZA, and CIC Private Debt, Vulcain Engineering (c. €620 million of revenue in 2024, Île-de-France / FRA), an engineering consulting company specializing in the energy sector, acquires Incico (c. €18 million of revenue in 2024, Emilia-Romagna / ITA), an engineering company that provides integrated engineering solutions and services.
