Mutares announces the acquisition of Mimovrste (Upper Carniola / SVN), a company among the leading online retailers in Slovenia, offering a secure and convenient shopping experience through home delivery and pickup at relay points via its e-commerce platform, as well as Mall.hr (HRV), an online sales platform offering a wide range of products at promotional prices, with installment payment options. Both companies were acquired from Allegro Group (€10.1 billion of revenue in 2023, Greater Poland / POL), one of the largest non-food online sales sites in Poland. Mutares also acquired a technical structure and teams based in the Czech Republic, responsible for operating and developing these two platforms.
