Talde Private Equity announces the acquisition of a 60% majority stake in Fluytec (Basque Autonomous Community / ESP), a company that designs and manufactures advanced water filtration and purification systems, used in seawater and brackish water desalination, reverse osmosis pretreatment, and ultrafiltration. This operation, carried out through the Talde Capital Crecimiento II fund, aims to accelerate the international expansion of the company, which already achieves 90% of its revenue from exports.
