The cancer vaccine developer Ervimmune raises €17 million
Ervimmune (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes / FRA), a biotechnology company specializing in the field of immuno-oncology, which uses bioinformatics and artificial intelligence to develop innovative cancer vaccines, raises €17 million in a Series A round led by its historical investor Seventure Partners, with the participation of Sprim Global Investments. This operation, complemented by funding from Bpifrance and the France 2030 program, will enable the launch of clinical trials for cancer vaccines targeting « cold » tumors, such as triple-negative breast cancer and ovarian cancer (Ervimmune, press release)

Majority-owned by Ambienta and supported by BNP Paribas Développement and Evolem, Cap Vert (c. €136 million of revenue in 2024, Île-de-France / FRA), an environmental services group specializing in the development and maintenance of green spaces, arboriculture, vegetation management for linear infrastructures, and water-related solutions, with a strong focus on sustainable development, makes a quadruple acquisition by acquiring TGBL Group (€9.3 million of revenue in 2025, Île-de-France / FRA), a company specializing in vegetation management and infrastructure maintenance, offering services such as pruning, tree felling, and clearing along transport corridors and other linear infrastructures; Ets Julien (€2.6 million of revenue in 2025, Normandy / FRA), a company specializing in pruning, felling, stump removal, grinding, and clearing of trees and green spaces; Chenot Paysage (Bourgogne-Franche-Comté / FRA), a company specializing in landscaping, green space maintenance, tree and shrub pruning, ecological landscaping, and garden maintenance; and Joigneaux Paysagiste (€0.24 million of revenue in 2021, Occitania / FRA), a company specializing in the design, creation, and maintenance of gardens and outdoor spaces. Exciva (Bade-Wurtemberg / DEU), a biotechnology company specializing in the research and development of drugs and treatments for dementia and psychological diseases, raises €51 million in a series B funding round co-led by EQT Life Sciences and Gimv, with participation from Carma Fund, Modi Ventures, LifeArc Ventures, and Fountain Healthcare Partners, as well as existing investors Andera Partners and LBBW Venture Capital. The funds raised will enable Exciva to support the phase 2 clinical trial of its main candidate, Deraphan, for the treatment of agitation associated with Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Majority-owned by Deutsche Private Equity, IMPAG Group (CHF 194.8 million of revenue in 2024, Zurich / CHE), a chemical distribution company that provides raw materials and active ingredients for industries such as food, personal care, pharmaceuticals, and industrial chemistry, acquires Comindex (Catalonia / ESP), a distributor of chemical additives and specialty chemicals for various industrial sectors. Comindex will integrate into IMPAG’s Material Science segment and contribute to strengthening the group’s offerings and expertise.
