Exit: CVC Capital Partners sells the manufacturer and distributor of cosmetic products FineToday

CVC Capital Partners sells its entire stake in FineToday (Kantō / JPN), a company that manufactures and markets cosmetic products such as hair care, body care, and other products. As a reminder, CVC Capital Partners, through CVC Capital Partners Asia Fund V, acquired a majority stake in FineToday in 2021. The company has been sold to Bain Capital, whose support will provide FineToday with financial and strategic resources to expand its presence in the Japanese and Asian markets, optimize its operations, and drive innovation (CVC Capital Partners, press release)

Acquisition: Bridgepoint Group and Polaris invest in the digital engineering services provider PDSVISION

Alongside the founder and management team, Bridgepoint Group and Polaris invest in PDSVISION (SEK 1.7 billion of revenue in 2025, Vastergotland / SWE), a provider of 3D design, modeling, augmented reality, and digital transformation services for businesses. The operation marks the exit of CapMan, the majority shareholder of the company since 2020. Backed by Pollen Street Capital, Pivotal Growth (London / ENG), an investment group specializing in the acquisition and development of brokerage firms operating in the mortgage and financial protection sectors, acquires CLS Money (East of England / ENG), a mortgage broker specializing in advice and support for obtaining real estate loans, including residential purchases, buy-to-let, loan renegotiations, and complex credit profile cases. Pivotal Growth is also negotiating the acquisition of Simply Lending (London / ENG), a mortgage brokerage firm specializing in real estate financing advice and intermediation.
